The R&D Manager is located in Cary, NC and reports to the Global R&D Director. Direct reports are approximately 15 people including advanced degree chemists, technical service engineers, and a technician leader. Capital project engineering for all Bostik Americas buildings, sites and process equipment Design, construct and install capital projects according to all applicable internal and external codes, construction standards, safety standards and procedures Typical project work load is 1 to 5 capital projects up to $10 million or more Provide engineering support for Management of Change of buildings, sites and process

Function as a key member of the in-house commercial attorney team and the overall Arkema law department. Support and provide legal guidance on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and other commercial transactions to multiple business units and functional departments within Arkema and its subsidiaries.
