We are seeking a passionate and highly accomplished Associate Director — 5G Enterprise Edge (Product & Program) to join the Singtel team.
This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall aspects of Product and Program Management for the 5G Enterprise Edge product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Providing strategic direction, product feature prioritization, and tactical execution, while working closely with customers
To span the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with customers, sales, and engineering
Compelling vision and product strategy for 5G Enterprise Edge
Gather requirements from customers, sales and support and driving ongoing prioritization of product investments
Develop detailed personas, use cases and functional requirements to communicate these needs to engineering
Drive roadmap, positioning, requirements and feature delivery for a new product
Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content
Serve as the subject matter authority for 5G Enterprise Edge and related products
Work with 5G partnership teams to help discover and evaluate the potential of unique solutions and devices to help build a 5G ecosystem
The ideal candidate should possess:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
8+ years of Experience in product management with strong ability to write, defend and execute business cases
Demonstrated strong professional experience in direct and/or related domain areas (Mobile Networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, IP networks)
Working experience on cloud technologies (especially in IaaS and PaaS)
Having experience in strategic pricing and revenue optimisation will be an advantage.
Exposure and Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/Google cloud environments.
Knowledge of Connectivity Management platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Ericsson DCP would be a big plus
Knowledge of embedded SIM and the relevant subscription management platforms
Fundamentals of 5G
Able to work independently but also work well cross functional teams to support activities such as sales, legal, risk, network, provision, and billing.
Knowledge of various industry verticals and business processes.
Proven ability to lead without authority
