We are now looking for a highly energised and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Key Account Manager-Rheumatology to help continue in our mission to reimagine medicine.
This role will work on territory covering North and North West London.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Executing account plans for assigned product lines/brands, customers or therapeutic area; uncovering and developing new business opportunities
• Developing and applying understanding of customer organisations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions (e.g. peer relationships), and develops business/clinical networks supporting Medical advocacy and key opinion leader plans, including medical experts from customer or academic communities
• Adapting and optimising approaches and communications style during sales calls, responding appropriately to customer needs. Making effective use of available technologies and channels to support sales calls
• Ensuring that Novartis products and supporting services are broadly understood as well as available to more patients and customers
• Deploying and using Marketing and Sales promotional materials and programs; coordinating direct promotion programs and facilitating pull-through activities. Presenting highly technical portfolios to customer audiences
• Developing deep specialist product and disease state knowledge in a specific therapeutic area and uses this to build professional customer relationships and support sound clinical discussions
• Allocating resources effectively for sampling, programs, and events. Integrating customer-facing activities in cross-functional teams (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access) to achieve sales targets
