DATA GROWTH ANALYST

Data Growth Analyst Location: Weybridge, UK

Your role will work independently to uncover pockets of Sales Growth through mining multiples sources of data, deriving actionable insights and translating complex results into simple business opportunities.

The role is the ideal place to start either a commercial career or a Data/Tech focused career: You’ll develop the rounded profile everyone is looking for, with both strong abilities to build a business and the technical expertise to leverage all value today locked into datasets.

With us you will:

• Identify and activate customer and category productivity and growth opportunities.
• Optimize P&G commercial strategy with the power of data and algorithms
• Challenge conventional thinking to create future opportunities and build growth: shape retailers’ thinking with innovative category stories..
• Develop insights and sells that are “C Suite” level (Category Director and above) – This needs to be integrated with a deep understanding of the customer and their goals and strategies.
• Learn how Retailers analyse and interpret their business, use P&G credibility and capabilities to unlock access and influence.
• Develop thought leadership for the integration of online & offline sales, and to optimise instore ranging and sustainable .com growth for store pick B&C retailers.

QUALIFICATIONSApply if you have:

• Evidence of “speed of learning” of mathematics, statistics and coding.
• The ability to cut through data, issues and clutter to identify what is most important.
• Strong problems solving – Coordinates, executes, analyses, and presents findings.
• Customer facing experience & solid relationship management skills.
