Production Coordinator
Based London/Dublin
Reports to Production Director
As part of the central Marketing Team in Europe BU the Production Coordinator is a multi-task administrative expert, acting as chief support system (“backbone)” for Senior Manager Content Producer and Project Leads.
- Co-ordinate and organize Production Schedules
- Take operational ownership for the Marketing Production Interactive Hub and Calendar
- Reporting and monitoring of Marketing Production Programmes to ensure maximum usage / benefit to the organization
Key responsibilities:
- Organise the logistics and operational aspects of production
- Working closely with DOP & Producers Monitoring campaign budgets
- Managing the Pre-Bid, shoot and post stages of all Production
- Reviewing & pursuing Corporate compliance
- Troubleshooting daily
- Keeping up to date with new Directors/Photographers/Studios and informing the internal team
- Working closely with the brand team in order to ensure shipment for required product arrives on location in advance of the shoot
- Assisting in designing and implementing an efficient internal European Production Department
- A Production Coordinator is an important organizational player within the full campaign process from its initial stages up into the end. Ensure that company policies are being met, that agencies expectations are taken into account and that all the required production documentation and materials are delivered on time.
- A Project Coordinator helps mitigate the bureaucratic process experience, allowing Senior Manager Content Producer to concentrate on delivering better creative output.
- As Production Coordinator he/she must own a developed network as a result of on-going collaboration and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills/experience:
- You are keen to learn about all aspects of production
- You are a methodical thinker
- You are passionate about craft
- You have an understanding of co-ordinating or assisting large teams
- Preferably in an FMCG company and ideally with experience of TCCC
- Good relationship and team spirit is essential
- Rigorous and able to manage different key stakeholders
- Working in autonomy, you love multi-tasking: from logistics to managing discrete marketing activities
- Curious to find new and better ways of working
- English fluent required
- Degree educated
