- Attend site and provide a site visit report. (smaller projects)
- Prepare, in collaboration with the Commercial Team, a Scope of Work for the civil element of the project. (smaller projects)
- Develop the project Risk Register (smaller projects)
- Ensure the project team members are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
- Notify the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of a notifiable construction project using online form F10 when Prysmian acts as a Principal Contractor. Obtain a copy of the project F10 when Prysmian is not Principal Contractor.
- Ensure the project has been allocated adequate resources – Notify the Projects and Contracts Lead Manager if there are any concerns.
- Issue Project Manager Instruction (PMI) to Prysmian’s subcontractor when a change to the works is required.
- Issue Early Warning Notice (EWN) to Prysmian’s subcontractor or client as soon as Prysmian becomes aware of anything which could affect the total of the prices, could delay completion or a key date, or could impair the performance of the works in use.
- Implement and update the project Risk Register.
- Develop and update a Lesson Learnt register, recording any insights gained during a project that can be usefully applied on future projects.
- Maintaining a good safety culture across the projects
- Prepare a project Monthly Report.
- Organise and chair a project kick-off meeting with the relevant parties.
- Obtain competitive quotes, check invoice is in line with the quote provided, check PO is sufficient to cover the invoice submitted and action a Good Receipt once goods have been delivered.
- Attend monthly meeting and forward the minutes to the relevant team members.
