Your New Job:
You will be responsible to drive sales across a cluster of well-known home electrical retail stores via your team of Sales promoters and the relationships you build in store.
You will remotely manage a team of Sales Promoters, coaching on sales techniques, supporting and inspiring them to be a world class ambassador in store. Our Areas sales managers do not however sit on the side lines – leading by example you will work with the store managers and promoters to ensure Sony products are brought to life across the store and Sony is the go to brand for consumers

Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and experience in working towards and managing a target. You will be a confident communicator who is able to build rapport easily with customers and store management. Previous team management and leadership experience within a sales environment is a strong advantage.
