The WaterAid Supporter Care Team ensures our supporters feel hugely valued and part of the family.

As our one of our engaging and friendly and Supporter Care Advisors you will deliver a fantastic experience for our supporters and help maintain long term support.

This is a fixed term role for 6 months.

The successful applicant will be initially required to work from home full time, and will receive full support to facilitate this requirement.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and inspire those supporting our work.

You’ll also:

* Personalise bespoke thank you letters

* Respond to enquiries through our social media channels

* Support our supporters in their personal fundraising

* Help our supporters with how they wish to be contacted

* Call our supporters to thank them for their wonderful support

* Assist with post processing and cash handling

To be successful, you’ll need:

Proven experience of excellent customer/supporter care skills
Strong written and communication skills
A positive and proactive ‘can-do’ team approach

Salary: £22,382 with excellent benefits

Additional Information:

WaterAid is currently located at Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base. Due to current restrictions on office capacity the majority of our staff are working from home. All aspects of this including how we are supporting homeworking and the office transition will be discussed at the interview stage with you.
