We are looking to recruit an experienced CRM Specialist that can take the overall CRM multi-channel consumer contact strategy to the next level in alignment with Swedish Match overall vision.
Your mission is to achieve the objectives of consumer retention and growth, customer lifetime value and deliver multi-channel sales targets through direct-to-consumer communications (primarily email). You will execute and constantly test and improve the direct communications plan to maximize engagement and incremental sales, contributing to our goal of increasing Swedish Match´s footprint across international markets (excluding Nordics and the US).
Your main tasks will include:
- Define and continually improve the consumer contact strategy to deliver on objectives (including incremental sales, engagement, loyalty) using both lifecycle and trigger campaigns.
- Manage the communications process workflow, including planning the multi-channel communications calendar, ensuring timely completion of briefs, engagement with internal and external stakeholders, collection (and if necessary, briefing) of relevant assets (images, copy), obtaining timely approvals from legal/PA etc.
- Partner closely with eCom and external website partners on trigger email campaigns.
- Run ongoing email test plan, including subject line, AB split, frequency, relevance content per segment.
- Understand the target consumer to enable the creation of relevant content per segment.
- Monitor the effectiveness of activity by working with relevant stakeholders on weekly sales/KPI reports and sharing them with broader marketing and eCommerce teams.
As our CRM Manager you will be a part of our engaged Business Unit Internationals Marketing Communication Team, reporting to the Manager Marketing Communications. The role is based out of Swedish Match HQ in central Stockholm.
Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this position, you have a track record from similar CRM Manager positions, in leading FMCG companies, preferably in combination with other fast-paced industry experience. Your focus has been on incremental spend, loyalty and engagement and building successful brands in various markets interacting with international stakeholders.
You have proven project management skills with a natural ability to engage and contribute to your team and other internal as well as external stakeholders. Naturally, you can give us concrete and impressive examples of delivering strong results in similar settings.
To summarize you need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM positions from international FMCG/CPG/Online companies with proven ability to create growth.
- Email marketing experience including knowledge of segmentation, testing, trigger campaigns and performance optimization.
- Experience delivering communications to drive incremental spend, loyalty and engagement (short- and long-term customer value)
- Experience running reports and analysis.
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions/recommendations to unlock further growth.
- A University degree in i.e. Business or a Diploma/Degree from i.e. IHM/Berghs/Hyper Island
- Fluency in English is a must, additional languages a merit.
