Inside Sales Rep

Procor Solutions, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance seeks an experienced Inside Sales Rep to join our team. We provide expert assistance in the quantification and measurement of damages, claims, and losses that help our clients achieve a full and fast financial recovery and/or minimize losses resulting from catastrophic events, litigation, or disputes. Our clients cover nearly all industries and are located domestically and abroad.

Responsible for the business development and marketing aspects of Procor’s national market reach. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and commercial insurance brokers, strategizing with the business development/marketing department on how to develop business goals and marketing strategies to reach those goals. Track and evaluate ROI to maximize the Procor’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client to develop a client profile for Procor’s markets.

Strategize with Procor’s business development/marketing team on how to build relationships with new clients as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.

Collaborate with the business development/marketing team to develop marketing strategies to reach target market.

Organize daily business development tasks for the Procor including relationship management of current clients.

Research new industries and areas to grow the Procor’s brand.

Assist with day to day task which include; maintaining calendar(s), make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and speaking engagements, and handle expenses and reimbursements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development and/or marketing experience.
  • Understanding in the Insurance Claim field not required but highly desirable with the ability to become a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, as well as Pipedrive, and Smartsheet.
