Job Overview:
Fortinet is looking for an Order Management Specialist in our Finance team. In this role, you’ll ensure that all orders placed from around the world, are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will work with Operations and Customers to ensure positive customer experience while driving order issues to closure.
Job Responsibilities
Quality of Work
Validate order entry team’s data input for accuracy
Ensure follow thru on all instructions communicated on the order and by customer directly
Customer service to internal and external customers, which includes
Research status on orders, contract, invoices, serial numbers, tracking #’s etc.
Coordinate product availability and work with shipping for logistic changes
Manage the order
Ensure that booking criteria is met when reviewing customer purchase orders and all discounts are properly approved in accordance with company policies and procedures
Place orders on necessary holds, as appropriate. Work them to closure.
Collaboration with external customers, Sales, Export Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure that order issues are resolved in a timely manner.
