Job Description:
- Type of recovery needed
- Bond Recovery – the Insured and the Guarantors
- Motor Recovery – Section 2 Excess, Subrogation Claims
- Others – tortfeasor
- To send letters of demand to the parties concerned and close monitoring of the recovery.
- Financial and/or site assessment of the debtor is required before recommendation for the next course of action.
- Monthly reporting to Section Head on the recovery progress.
- Prepare management reports and ensure that the agreed Key Performance Indicators are met.
- Handle client, intermediaries, inter-department, and authorities’ enquiries, complaints and feedback.
- Comply with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedure and claims guidelines.
- Ensure proper claims documentation and procedures are adhered to CTPIS Risk Management & Compliance requirements.
- Continuously drive process improvement and automation.
- Support management and any other duties or projects assigned by the Head of Claims Department.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma, PGI and ComGI required.
- Experience in debt recovery preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates)
