Job Description:
- To handle all types of motor claims including recovery.
- To handle work processes for claims application.
- To gather and analyze information from all sources before claim settlement.
- To ensure all claims are resolved in fair and reasonable manner.
- To manage relationships and expectations of claimants and business associates and if necessary, damage control.
- To review claim files and monitoring of recoveries.
- To conduct Annual Claim Intermediaries Appraisal
- Any other jobs assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in claims
- Minimum Diploma holder and with CGI.
- Positive working attitude
