Your tasks
- Advice, support and coordination of existing customers as well as new customer acquisition in Germany and within Europe
- Expansion of business relationships with existing customers and acquisition of new customers
- Customer and revenue management with the support of our customer service staff
- Analysis and preparation of market developments, trends, general economic conditions and customer needs
- Conception of the product, price and sales policy as well as the classic sales promotion
- Regular travel activities within Germany and Europe
- Reporting to management in Germany and Japan
your profile
- Completed technical or economic studies or adequate training with relevant experience
- Experience in the support of advice-intensive products for industrial customers, preferably in the field of printing technology
- Interest in working in an intercultural environment, especially in working with Asian cultures
- Communication skills
- Open, customer and sales-oriented appearance
- Traveling
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken English (company language), another European language is an advantage
