Scope and Purpose
Manage the origination and sales activity for hedging and non hedging financial products, for large and mid-foreign Corporate customers principally based in the UK and MENA. These activities include IR Derivatives, FX Cash and OTC Derivative products on all the underlying assets handled by Intesa Sanpaolo.
Interpret the customer’s needs to propose products and solutions directed towards the resolution of specific issues therein including accounting problems, financial-statement problems, and regulatory problems.
Coordinate its activity with the accounting functions and with the coverage and origination functions of Investment Banking and Structured Finance Develop and promote the sale of Capital Markets products to the Corporate clients of the Group’s foreign banks, in coordination with the corresponding Business Units.
Coordinate with the Structuring desk both at London Branch and at Head Office for the structuring and pricing of complex products and with the Market HUB and FICC trading desks at the Head Office, depending on the type of product, for the execution activities.
Required Experience
Several years’ experience in a corporates rates sales position at an Investment Bank.
Must have a transferable book of corporates clients.
