This role is critical to the evolution of our marketing and commercialisation capabilities within the NE Hub. Through effective cross functional partnership, this role provides a unique opportunity to have a great impact on how business is done across the hub, and to help transform our business and operations towards improved outcomes for patients and the business.

The MCE Manager will work in collaboration with the brand teams in the UK Hub to identify, design and implement multi-channel tactics within the context of the overall brands plans and related strategies. In doing so, they will support our organisation in providing excellent, integrated multi-channel solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & lead brand teams to develop multi-channel marketing strategies for assigned brand(s)
  • Multi-channel marketing: from designing channel strategies to choosing and implementing the right platform and integrating it with other systems to support a truly connected customer experience.
  • MCE content: define & identify ways of accelerating the usage of digital content as well as maximizing the reach & frequency of brand messaging.
  • MCE capabilities: Lead the strategy for one of the core capabilities or enablers within multi-channel mix. For example, webinars, emails, video platform, third party websites.
  • Insight and analytics: from generating ideas, creating concepts, testing and implementing digital innovation through to monitoring, evaluating and adjusting MCE Campaigns.
  • Customer experience: Understand the metrics behind all MCE campaign to assess success vs objectives. Through data insights, build brand awareness and customer loyalty with engaging campaigns
