Chubb now has an opportunity for an Administrator to join the Fire Consultancy team in Blackburn. The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.

What will I be doing as an Administrator – Fire Consultancy?

  • Proactive management of outstanding job-orders, service and call outs
  • Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries
  • Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
  • Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
  • Preparation of reports and weekly KPI information

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess prior experience of customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Have a good level of IT literacy
