Join us as a Prime Brokerage Client Service Associate

  • This is an opportunity to join our Prime Brokerage Client Service team, where you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with external clients
  • We’ll look to you to act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client accounts
  • This is a fast paced front office role in which you’ll be contributing to providing proactive quality client service and customer experience

What you’ll do

In your new role, you’ll be accountable for the front to back coverage for allocated prime brokerage clients, leading the client integration and managing all daily transactional activity including booking, monitoring exceptions and matching.

You’ll also be:

  • Monitoring client limit utilisation and increases where necessary
  • Escalating any high risk issues that will negatively impact the client relationship and the bank
  • Regularly reviewing client processes and structures, providing regular updates to Sales and management on potential issues, efficiencies and changes
  • Coordinating the onboarding processes across Legal, Credit, Collateral, Sales and Product

The skills you’ll need

To join us in this role, you’ll have a highly analytical and numerate mindset with experience in a finance or banking environment. You’ll ideally have experience of FX prime brokerage, although this isn’t essential.

You’ll also need:

  • A strong understanding of FX products, including cash FX, vanilla options and exotic options
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote a collaborative team environment
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Solid planning and organisational skills
