Essential Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of market access work in 5 provinces of northwest.
2. Shaping market access policy including medical service fee, reimbursement list, DRG/DIP etc. to support Renal business development.
3. Develop tender/VBP work through close cooperation with cross-functional teams.
4. Be responsible for interpretation and analysis about local healthcare policies to guide and support business decisions.
5. Build and follow local project management of related to market access.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Have 5+ years work experience on GA or MA in pharmaceutical or device industry. Background of sales, pharmaceutical economics, public health are preferred.
3.Strong communication and coordination skill among cross-functional teams.
4.Own growth mindset, good strategic thinking and pressure resistance ability.
5.Good English languages ability and good computer skill.
