Job brief
This is an entry level for graduate role. This level will work under close supervision according to laid down procedures and will be at Professional Development Program (PDP) to assist in the collection of data and its analysis to be used by higher-level Staff. This level work under general instructions from the higher authorities, provide support, monitoring the business viability and reviewing the cost of Services received and rendered.
Responsibilities
– Analyzing the existing processes and identifying gaps.
– Develop solutions, strategy and enhance the processes to achieve Global standards.
– Coordinate and liaise with other Divisions / Departments to ensure input / output for all reports, are exchanged in timely and appropriate manner and are aligned with SEC and its subsidiaries goals.
– Learn and perform continuous monitoring of the business viability and update superior level with the prevailing situation of the business.
– Learn to provide and maintain necessary data to prepare monthly status report on the business viability.
– Learn & follow-up cost recoveries to ensure that all the services rendered has been captured and reflected appropriately.
– Learn to evaluate all services received and rendered.
– Learn to identify all value added and non-value added items related with his business make viability and cost benefit analysis to optimize their positive impacts.
– Learn & identify opportune areas for Business development.
– Learn to prepare recommendations for Business development and develop proposals.
– Gather necessary data, perform feasibility studies and develop alternative proposals along with cost benefit analysis supporting their business viability.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with experience from 0-2 years.
Excellent ability to analyze and evaluate.
Good command of the English language.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer applications.
Good knowledge of writing reports.
