As a Business Process Analyst Sr, you’ll identify and analyze existing processes to improve business performance. The ability to collaborate and consult with all levels of the organization are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Analyzes existing business processes, develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements

  • Consults with the business on process improvement opportunities, researches and develops best practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost

  • Develops, maintains and presents departmental metrics

  • Supports data analysis requests, produces metric reports and provides ad hoc analysis

  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and project success

  • Supports Lean Action Initiatives through root cause analysis, 8-step models and process work- flow development

  • Leads change management activities

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and minimum of six (6) years’ experience in data analysis, project management or process improvement

 

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

  • Preferred: Minimum of a Green belt with Lean experience in value stream mapping, and process mapping

  • Knowledge of Volume Management, Nominations and Scheduling preferred

  • Experience in BI Dashboard and citizen development preferred

General Compensation Information:

This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual perfor­mance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
