Skills and Experience

  • CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of legislation/ policies/procedures / key standards of compliance and HR governance
  • Solid understanding of employment law – disciplinaries, grievances, restructures etc.
  • Experience of working as a Business Partner with the ability to demonstrate delivery of HR initiatives and programmes
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial industry
  • Exposure to working in an acquisitive business/M&A environment would be beneficial
