- You will provide operational and process-oriented support for managers and employees in the areas of transformation, construction & FM in all aspects of modern human resource management
- You organize and implement the annual HR processes for your support area and work closely with our HR departments
- You take over ownership of your specialist area within HR management and actively participate in HR projects
- You are responsible for the further development of retention management and performance management
- You accompany change projects (change management)
- You can bring your communicative talent to bear in the implementation and moderation of workshops
That’s why you succeed:
- You have an HR qualification or a further education with a degree in HRM, HR manager or similar
- You already have several years of professional experience in HR management or in a comparable position
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office programs, and SuccessFactors is an advantage
- You have very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Ideally, you have advanced training in case management or in organizational and personnel development
- You have a confident command of spoken and written German, very good knowledge of French is mandatory (deputy regulation in French-speaking Switzerland)
