Apple is looking for an accessibility recruiting partner to support the People team. This role is a critical partner to our global Recruiting teams. You’ll be a trusted collaborator providing subject matter expertise to help business units prepare for and implement inclusive hiring campaigns. You will provide expertise to continue to improve and develop our job descriptions to make them as inclusive and accessible as possible to all candidates. When someone discovers the career of their dreams at Apple and chooses to apply, you’ll help continuously improve the candidate experience (from application, to interview, to offer) checking at every stage that the process is accessible and inclusive. And when a new employee joins Apple, you’ll support the teams in ensuring that everyone has the same welcoming experience. You’ll help create, develop and improve accessibility training for our global recruiting teams. You’ll partner with our Global Accommodations team to improve the process of requesting accommodations during interview processes and establishing support from day one for new employees.
You will have experience working with or as a member of recruiting teams. You will have an appreciation of global recruitment aspects. You will be a strong collaborator with a passion for accessibility.
