• Promote products and spare parts to customers with negotiation with the aim of maximising profits and benefits for both sides
• Services existing key accounts, obtain orders and establishes new accounts by discovering and approaching new potential customers for sales growth
• Research prospects and generating leads and sales strategies
• Communicate with suppliers for procurement
• Identify important sales KPIs with close tracking and monitoring
• Participate in preparation of technical reports, quotations and proposals
• Submit orders / proposals by referring to price list and product literature
• Provide competitive market feedback
• Managing the sales process through specific guidelines, software programs and inter department (Legal, Credits, and Logistics & Purchasing Operations)
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
• Able to work independently with guidance and motivated to do sales and learn new skills
• Team player and good time management skills

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Degree qualification for engineer lever or Diploma for Executive level
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC and relevant field
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good in Operating systems for Windows & Spreadsheet
