Deals directly with casino customers to exchange chips, gaming vouchers, issue tournament receipts, tournament prizes. Creates a memorable guest and employee experience by effectively aligning the people, product, and processes to deliver on the promises made to our internal and external guests.
- Works diligently to support the S.H.O.W. Service Basic Standards culture and team philosophy throughout the property
- Maintains the utmost integrity, promoting the highest caliber of customer service
- Develops enduring relationships with guests, promotes positive public relations and presents one’s self as a credit to the Borgata organization
- Preforms POS and credit card transactions
- Issue counter checks, front money / safekeeping withdrawals
- Redemption of slot and table counter checks
- Maintains security over cash drawer inventory to include currency, coin, chips, coupons, slot tokens, along with all forms and documents normally associated with cage and coin operations
- The talent selected for this position must be able to routinely handle customer complaints and identify situations that require supervisor intervention
- Must follow all company/property/department policies and procedures and comply with existing DGE rules and regulations
- Adheres to Title 31 CTR & SAR Reporting requirements
- Adheres to Title 26 (W2G & 1042S) Reporting requirements
- Ability to operate calculators, currency counters, jet sorts, coin wrappers and strap counters
- Ability to work under sometimes stressful situations with customers and large sums of money
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, all shifts and unusual hours
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have a valid NJ gaming license or the qualifications to obtain a license
