Key Responsibilities
- Planning of medium to complex projects, execution and control (from the project setup to project closure)
- Execution of multiple projects leading multiple project-teams
- Customer management and requirement management
- Business processes analysis
- Creation of proposals and customer consulting
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Preparation of project costs calculation (P&L)
- Support sales team, customer presentations
- Product or system presentations, product knowledge
- Support by proposal setup and contract negotiations
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years work experience as project coordinator / manager
- English and Polish required
- any other Central European Language skill is a benefit
- Experience in Retail environment preferred
- IT knowledge experience, optional experience in POS Solutions is an advantage
- Experience in the management of complex projects
- IT analytical skills and organizational skills
- Teamwork and good communication, personal commitment and self-motivation
- Presentation Skills
- Self-confidence, reporting skills
- Unlimited willingness to travel, even abroad
- University degree – business, computer science or similar
