Commercial Administrator

This is a new role within the Commercial Department to assist the team with various admin duties. We are looking for an experienced Administrator   who   is   goal orientated with exceptional attention to detail and a good understanding of systems and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Person Specification:

  • Capable of working as part of a team with relatively little supervision using their own
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a willingness to listen and
  • Flexible, with the ability to follow instruction and work in a high paced environment to high standards of
  • Experience of Sage would be an advantage however training will be provided
  • Intermediate skills with Excel would be
  • Data driven with precise accuracy
  • Be flexible with duties given
  • Be able to stick to deadlines set

Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

  • Prepare and check import and export documentation in line with regulations and deal with any queries/issues that
  • Keep up to date with all Import/Export legislations to ensure
  • Administer customer pricing on a monthly ongoing
  • Administer price increases and contract pricing for customers and
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring improvement projects and
  • Product
  • Administer supplier performance
  • Ensure systems information is up to date and accurate for both Sales and
  • Build and maintain good relationships with all departments across 3
  • Support the Commercial Manager and team where necessary with appropriate tasks as
