Job Summary
We are now looking for a Test Manager who will own the Multivendor testing team, which includes preparing to handle the testing budget, timeline, scope, risk management and customer acceptance of the solution delivered, based on the successful execution of the strategy and test plan.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deployment, system testing, and leadership of a Multivendor testing team
- · Degree Level / HND in Technical Field or Relevant Technical Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the testing resources, planning of Multivendor test deliveries handling the multivendor test execution phase.
- Plan, delegate, and manage, day to day testbed activities and manage all test resources working in the testbed.
- Conduct the testing environment feasibility study on Network Impact Reports and use the inputs for defining test strategy and Test Plan and the development of the strategy adopted for automated testing.
- Develop a relationship with the customer and negotiate and agree on test scope and test plan, prepare and manage test activities on day to day basis, providing support as and when vital and participate in customer meetings for test progress review.
- Handle test Metrics/SLA Tracking including presenting to the customer and deliver Reports, for the final Delivery to the customer for each Test Phase.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Multivendor RAN equipment.
- Experience of O&M interaction with 2G / 3G / 4G/ 5G nodes, VoLTE & IMS and TEMS (or similar).
- Knowledge of 5G SA
