As the Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator, you will act as the Program Coordinator with various Energy Efficiency programs playing an important role in the successful implementation and goal achievement for the energy efficiency program.

Specifically, you’ll have the opportunity to:

•    Coordinate the delivery and administration of existing and new energy efficiency (EE) programs by offering internal support for successful implementation of assigned projects.
•    Recruit and retain trade allies to participate in delivering EE programs to customers.
•    Assist with the regulatory function by providing the Regulatory Department with appropriate data ensuring all information provided is supportable.
•    Provide internal support by assisting the EEA with vendor transactions, including invoicing and payment processing, relationship building, performance management, and response to vendor and customer inquiries.
•    Support the EE functions and communicate results to the appropriate internal and external parties.
•    Work with other internal employees to effectively use data for reporting and targeting sales communication efforts.
•    Additional responsibilities include: project tracking, invoice reporting, database management, monitoring vendor performance, records retention, coordinating responses to vendor and customer inquiries, processing and paying vendor invoices for all programs, customer billing and payment, rebate qualification analysis, review, edit, and manage inventory of program materials, manage trade ally engagement, recruitment, and retention, assist on EE special projects, EE portfolio quality control and assurance, and market research to support process improvement initiatives.
•    Support the Regulatory function by providing applicable information required for the preparation of three-year (Triennial) portfolio filings, program cost recovery, annual reporting, other miscellaneous regulatory related tasks, and the tracking and administering of regulatory compliance.  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•  Two years of work experience in energy efficiency, consumer marketing and/or sales environment.

Preferred Experience, Education and Skills:
• Current or previous experience in the energy industry, specifically with the implementation of energy efficiency programs
• Experience with direct customer, vendor and trade ally communication, spreadsheet analysis, budget reporting and report generation is desired.   
• Technical writing skills 
• SAP
