- Effective facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Backlog grooming, Scrum-of-Scrums, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective meeting).
- Enable the team to identify and achieve the sprint goal
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
- Ability to interact with team members across locations (onsite, USA) for reviews, clarifications, design walk through etc.
- Helping the team implement the actions identified during the Retrospective meetings
- Working with the team to ensure Product Backlog is groomed for at least three sprints ahead, for effective planning of work
- Helping team in documenting, tracking, and communicating information about defects bugs, enhancements, analysis, and unresolved problems
- Publish metrics for every sprint and track actions from Agile maturity assessments
- Creating various status and progress reports and updates as required by the organization
- Helping Product Owner by finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
- Enable the Scrum team to reach “high performing” state
- Mentoring and coaching the team to create high-value products.
- Mentoring and coaching the team in self-organization, self-direction and cross-functionality.
- Ability to maintain and track sprint backlogs in Agile management tool
- Participating in knowledge sharing with other Scrum Masters in the organization to leverage best practices, lessons learned, tools and other know-how to enable his/her own Scrum team to optimize its velocity and productivity
