Banking Consultant

The Role

From the word “Hello”, our Banking Consultants make our customers feel relaxed and at home, asking the right questions to make sure that they leave happy and confident that their needs have been met.

We currently have an exciting flexible part time opportunity for a Banking Consultant to join our friendly team in our Kawana Waters branch. This role is a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

This is a customer facing and varied role where no two days are the same! As a Banking Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Identifying solutions to suit our customers’ financial needs
  • Contact existing and previous customers to book in branch appointments
  • Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers’ busy lifestyles
  • Introduce, promote and assist customers with new and alternative digital banking solutions

About you

Our Banking Consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all possess one key thing in common – their love for providing great customer service. Other qualities, skills and experience we look for are:

  • Banking experience would be desirable
  • Proven track record in a customer facing role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and develop customer relationships
  • A confident user of technology and digital solutions
