Responsible for managing the K+N Cebu Branch Office for all K+N activities including but not limited to, air and sea freight operations, reporting, accounting and other administrative functions

Your Role

•Maximize profitability through efficient customer service, effective and prompt communication and follow-up on all pending customer matters •Ensure customer and vendor (brokerage, subcontractors) contract requirements are understood and utilized to meet business expectations. •Resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the customer, staff, or senior management

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the promotion and development of Kuehne + Nagel as a market leader in logistics in Cebu by leveraging on existing product portfolio and services by developing new accounts and maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents.
  • Manage brokerage, procurement and subcontractors and ensure compliance and IDD is maintained
  • Monitor volume fluctuation of clients and covering lost accounts.
  • Work with senior management to develop a business plan and goals for the branch.
  • Prepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecasts for the branch.
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate monthly / quarterly / annual financial and operational reports
  • Ensure QSHE methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained.
  • Provide direction to the branch and identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Drive CARE and Customer Engagement, alignment of country strategy within the Branch whilst achieving customer and operational excellence
