Completions Field Administrative Office Tech I-Sr.

Job Summary:

The Field Administrative Office Tech role will support the Completions Execution group by working collaboratively with the Field Personnel, Execution Engineers and leadership and will be responsible for accurate cost estimates, field tickets and invoices, reporting and data entry and other support tasks as outlined below.

Job Duties:

  • Track and monitor Completion Field Costs daily in wellview.
  • Coordinate with Field personnel to make sure accurate cost / operational data is being reported
  • Approve/dispute field tickets in EFT/Open Ticket as well as Invoices in Open Invoice.  Involves verification of cost codes, AFE’s and Pioneers requirements with field tickets.
  • Provide data support to the execution engineers, perform pre job data entry in wellview
  • Create basic presentations and help coordinate meetings, maintain action items.
  • Assemble from vendors and submit compliance reporting (frac focus)
  • Provide backup for other Ops Techs when necessary
  • Provide miscellaneous support including Consultant Onboarding, office support, ordering supplies.
  • Performs other/additional duties and assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification; Associate’s degree preferred. College degree maybe considered in lieu of experience.
  • 2-5 years of prior oil and gas experience (preferably as a Field Operations Tech) preferred.
  • Basic computer skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Prior oil and gas database experience with a working knowledge of Peloton Wellview is highly preferred.
  • Experience processing invoices, field tickets is strongly preferred.
