Sr. Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Perform simulations of Gathering Systems and Central Facilities using Pipersim, Gap and Hysis and keep them updated.
  • Optimize facilities for full field development to reduce Capex and improve Opex.
  • Identify and alert of limitations and bottleneck in the existing facilities for handle production of new wells.
  • Define facilities projects for improving asset economics.
  • Produce process design basis document for new installations required by the asset.
  • Carry out or supervise the engineering work corresponding to the specialty of process engineering for required new facilities.
  • Promote and carry out technical study for implementation of new technologies for improving Capex utilization and OPEX reduction.  
  • Ensure the application of engineering, construction and Safety and Environmental standards and regulations in projects, guaranteeing implementation of lessons learnt, best practices and key indicators.
  • Provide technical support during the precommissioning, commissioning, start up and operation of the facilities.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering.
  • Experience in unconventional fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required (leadership, initiative and flexibility).
  • Teamwork oriented.
