BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Brief Job Description:    

  • Support superior in making reservation of hotel, meeting room, restaurant, etc.;
  • Coordination with related Department (Logistic, Procurement, PPIC, etc.) regarding daily transaction Prepare the list of all guests coming to ILI & ILTI, then communicate with Legal or GA Department;
  • Arrange the escort for the VIP Guest;
  • Prepare Purchase Order based on the approved PRF from department in Administration Division and also distribute to related department after complete the document;
  • Prepare and control the Payment Approval complete before deadline;
  • Make a control list of company car licenses and do regular checking of its expiration;
  • Arrange and process the extension of company car licenses before expired;
  • Make a control list of company document storage outside the company and arrange document handover to related department if any request from others department;
  • Support for other unexpected requests by the Superiors and/or Management.

 

General Requirement:    

  • Have graduate minimal Diploma III (Administration background preferred);
  • Have good English communication, both oral and written;
  • Excellent to operate MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook;
  • Have good time management skill and Multi-tasking, with ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Have good team work;
  • Have good problem solving skill and attention to detail.
