We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor coordinates, leads and supervises the technical department, maintenance and project activities to ensure that technical functionality, reliability, capital management and technology innovation of the site. Supports, controls and maintains the MIQA system and the PSM safety program from technical side. Makes suggestions to the optimal using of energy.
Your Challenge:
- Direct and control the technical activities at the seed plant in order to assure the production of the appropriate quality and quantity of the seed. Responsible for the effective operation of the seed plant.
- Organizing, planning maintenance and development, responsible for the maintenance cost and develop new technologies. Take part in the field activities if necessary and control maintenance of the field equipment of Pioneer.
- Responsible for the energetics of the plant.
- Identifies electrical/mechanical needs and develops designs and recommendations. Modifies existing systems as needed to improve plant. Collect bids, offers, evaluate, make competition and select the best. Make the necessary project management and safety documentation.
- Responsible for the workers regarding to the achievement quality of work and safety provisions. Responsible for ensuring that general safety expectations are known, kept and followed. (Fire, accident prevention, health conservation, etc.)

Qualifications

- Education in Electrical Power Line Electrician
- Experience in Facility Electrician Specialist, Automation coordinator, Maintenance technician, Husker, treater, dryer operator,
- Confident Computer usage
- Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Leadership, team working
- English knowledge
- Computer skills are essential in (MS Office, SAP EAN).
- Solver, WMS, Adobe dreamweave, Cx One
