Growth Marketing and Content Specialist Trimble Autonomy, a fast growing and exciting segment focus for Trimble, is in search of a proven and passionate Growth Marketing and Content professional. Someone that can craft and evangelize our message and attract attention by developing engaging content, messaging and campaigns that generates interest and delivers business impact. Your charter is to increase awareness and develop an enviable Autonomy story through the creation and execution of effective marketing programs seeded by content that will stimulate brand interest and lead conversion. The successful person understands the industries that Trimble engages in and can connect the dots across a deep technology portfolio to create compelling growth initiatives and content across the Autonomy businesses. The ideal candidate will be an expert at crafting a marketing narrative that simplifies the technically complex and can concisely communicate the Trimble Autonomy value proposition globally. The position is based in Westminster, Colorado. Responsibilities
- Develop targeted, relevant customer journey engagement strategies/campaigns focused on driving brand and product awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and advocacy
- Lead and manageintegrated, omni-channel and channel marketing campaigns; including strategy, content development, market deployment and webinar and asset management
- Support and execute the content strategy and thought leadership for the specific business divisions including development of written communications, both general and highly technical – from content marketing assets such as brochures, videos and thought leadership blogs to social posts, webinar presentations and sales support materials
- Collaborate with the broader team to develop marketing and communications campaigns including strategy, goals, budget and reporting tactics; Monitor, analyze and communicate results via KPIs on a quarterly basis
- Manage social media, web initiatives and digital marketing programs to support the needs of the growing business
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience managing and driving marketing communication programs, preferably with technology-oriented companies; SaaS experience is a plus.
- A Marketing generalist with a penchant for making a complex portfolio offering likable and approachable.
- Expert writer and storyteller with experience in writing for all forms of communications and mediums. Be prepared to share your best work and brag about it.
- Experience managing social media programs – from content creation and planning to maintaining an online relationship with customers and prospects.
- Experience creating and executing demand generation and lead sourcing campaigns
- A strong background in direct and account-based marketing highly desired
- Experience working with distributed global PR and agency partners to ensure global consistency and alignment of messaging and campaigns.
