Home Life Direct Department developing direct sales service of daily necessities, such as Rakuten 24, Soukai Drugs, Kenko.com, etc. on Rakuten Ichiba, one of the largest online shopping mall in Japan.

The MD Section works to maximize sales and profits in the daily necessities field through collaboration with national manufacturers, our main customers.

As the person in charge of the category, we are responsible for the buying process, focusing on creating product measures and promotion plans to increase sales and profits.

Position Details

You will be in charge of one category, and promote planning to increase sales in the EC direct sales business. We analyze various numerical values ​​and aim to achieve our sales and profit targets. To achieve this, we plan to attract customers by advertising and campaigns during the sales period. You need to have a clear understanding of your vision and goals and are committed to achieving them. In addition, strong leadership is required to promote efforts with major manufacturers.

Mandatory Qualifications:

– More than 2 years of working experience

– Negotiation and communication skills with internal and external parties

Desired Qualifications:

– Sales experience

 1) Especially planning proposal type / solution type / consulting type sales experience (no experience in the internet industry required)

 2) Sales experience at manufacturers, trading companies, etc.
