As a member of the Consumers Energy Experience Manager team, your role is to help bring life to our Company Purpose: “World-Class Performance Delivering Hometown Service”. To do so, you will be trained by industry leaders in design thinking, journey mapping and other experience design methodologies and techniques. The role gives you an opportunity to dream big, and delivers the satisfaction of leading your priority initiatives from concept through implementation.
The selected candidate will take on a leadership role in the transformation of Consumers Energy Outage Experience. This area is ripe with opportunity and has high visibility with executive leadership. Your assignment will begin with leading multiple cross-functional efforts that are rapidly improving customer experiences in weather-related electric outages, including provision of accurate estimated restoration times, customer-direct alerts and communications, outage reporting, incident command implementation and more. New experience transformation is ready to begin for momentary outages, planned outages and much more…the path forward will be determined by benchmarking, data and customer insights that you and the team will build into a multi-year roadmap to achieve world-class performance.
