About the team:

This person will be supporting the Service and Delivery organization and working closely with our Commercial Banking Service Team to verify all transactions submitted for our banking clients. They will be reviewing transaction instructions and referencing all of the rules and regulations within our banking procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Transactions will include wire and loan transactions, product and account maintenance updates and various other transactions. This individual must have excellent client service skills to help verify client authenticity and review transaction requests for accuracy.  This individual must also have great attention to detail as they will be ensuring all information submitted into the system is accurate, supporting documents are correct and the requestor is authorized. In addition to these responsibilities and required skills, this individual should be able to easily identify when it is necessary to escalate issues to prevent any risk.
