We’re looking for a Voice Engineer to join us in our Schiphol-Rijk office.
As Voice Engineer (Connectivity Platforms Engineer), you will be reporting directly into the Manager Service Platform Labs. The Service Platform team is in the heart of our organisation when it comes to testing and development. Our responsibility lies with supporting corporate wide projects like Connect Cloud, IMS, HPBX and Country OSS/BSS testing, by providing professionally supported test and integration environments, to ensure that company timelines are met to deliver services to its European customers. This also includes the creation and maintenance (Self Service) tooling and monitoring for various Lab platforms.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure lab systems are built, operated, and maintained to meet agreed lab operational requirements.
- Ensure labs meet timelines of projects with dependencies on labs and do not contribute to delays in the projects.
- Support the design, build, integration and acceptance testing of new and existing lab based Systems.
- Produce and Maintain documentation to enable effective management, operation and support of lab systems by other lab team members.
- Monitor usage of lab by users to ensure the most effective use of the lab systems & resources.
- Ensure lab is adopting and implementing best practice in voice systems operation.
- Develop solid understanding of full end-to-end Liberty Global system architectures
