Key duties and responsibilities
A) Underwriting
a. Establish and maintain underwriting documentation including input of documentation into company DMS system (Policy issuance/Contract/Visit Report details).
b. Input treaties and submissions into the company clearance system (Omega) and provide history of premium and current loss information (B.O. Report).
c. Premium processing ( Finalization / Endorsements/ Cancellations)
d. Maintain company Quarterly reports (Premium /ULR Adjustments)
e. Preparation of correspondence to reinsurance brokers (Contracts and Preliminary Notice of Cancellations).
f. Liaise to technical accounting regarding any required amendments Treaty Omega system.
B) Contract Wording
a. Maintain the contract wording log.
b. Coordinate with contract wording department regarding any contractual issues.
c. Follow-up on missing “Client” signed documents.

Experience: 5-Years of previous experience in insurance or reinsurance underwriting departments
required

– Excellent analytical skills required
– Experience with Excel Formulas
