The primary focus of the position is growth and retention of Enterprise accounts nationally, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by collaborating with the account team to drive real and long standing business value. In this role, you will champion TELUS inside of customer organizations and advocate for the customer inside of TELUS.
Here’s how:

Prime for responding to client procurement process

Identify opportunities and pass leads to Sales Executives and executives

Develops RFPs, quotes, statement of work (SoW), and delivers proposals

Consult and recommend TELUS solutions which align with the client’s needs

Support accurate and timely forecast, funnel hygiene, target/objective updates

Engage the client and collaborate with the Sales Executive

Supports the Sales Team to manage account coverage

Maintain relationship at D-level
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
You are likely in a similar sales operations or support position today, with knowledge of enterprise business.

Strong customer focus and customer advocate who takes accountability

Experience with public procurement process

Strong RFP knowledge and experience
-
1-2 years of sales experience and/or 3-5 years of sales support experience

Strategic integrated thinker, ability to connect the dots on what we are doing, and why we are doing it and action

Understands corporate structure and creates and supports relationships crossing lines of business and lines of management

Effective Communicator: Ability to build rapport, ask questions to understand, and follows the lead of the sales executive to arrive at positive outcomes
