- IT security Architecture and Posture:
- Acts as a SME for IT security overall architecture across verticals / areas and risk vector
- Works closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation / support partners, and consultants
- Partners with key strategic IT Security experts and solutions partners for small and large scale engagements to help develop the target posture
- Create a Rapid Action Team for any eventual incident response around IT security / DR / BCP
- Should drive IT-OT secured integration and data availability and appropriate introduction of technology platforms
- Compliance & governance around security posture standards and Group IT guidelines
- Single point of contact for Statutory and security audits
- IT Security Operational & Maintenance Support:
- Act as subject matter expert in the field of IT Security across domains
- Supports CIO in managing organization wide Security posture inputs, compliance & governance, communications and change management
- Ensures continuous optimization & exploration & exploitation of invested technology and practices
- Accountable for all process definitions, guidelines and related policy documents.
- Accountable for putting the change control structure in Security posture / architecture
- Serve as internal consultant during the design and execution of such initiatives
- Accountable for MIS for IT Security operations and future upkeep of the solutions
- Owns and manages / guides the IT team for all Security related audits Pan Hindalco
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Technology,Master In Computer Science,Master In Computer Application,Bachelors Information Systems
Minimum Experience Level:
10-17 Years
