Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform parts pack order administration duties on a daily basis
- Assemble paperwork & packets for LPN’s and customer PO’s
- Prep and pack to engineering specifications
- Data entry
- Operate fork truck
- Operate hand and power tools
- Comply with company quality and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Interaction with planners regarding new order notification
- Oracle parts processing / sub-inventory transfers and component reviews
- Telnet parts processing to generate the LPN number and shipping label
- Identifying and locating parts through Aras Innovator
- Checking Oracle daily to ensure that adequate inventory is in place before any parts shipment can be made
- Interaction with procurement to establish a current ETA for customer order requirements
- Other production control activities and functions as requirements

- Previous employment in manufacturing
- Ability to work in a Team oriented setting
- Good Communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Certified fork lift license
