Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager will be a motivated individual to work in multiple capacities as an Office Manager, Development Support, Construction Support and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, understand collaborative processes, possess a high level of attention to detail and exhibit extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred; Previous experience in Development and Construction in Seattle required; Strong interpersonal skills with “can-do” attitude; Be able to work effectively with all levels of management, employees, and internal/external stakeholders; Ability to work quickly and independently; Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines; Reliable, highly responsible, and detailed oriented; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Accounting Software (Sage preferred), Smartsheet, and File Sharing (SharePoint preferred) applications; 2-4 years of relevant design consultant and construction contractor management experience and ability to review Certificates of Insurance is highly preferred; 1-2 years of contract administration with understanding of insurance fundamentals as well as knowledge and fluency with insurance products and terminology.
