1. Computer-related major, master’s degree or above, 5-7 years of experience in cloud native application design and development, proficient in PaaS/SaaS platform, distributed application architecture design concepts and methods;
2. Experience in leading large teams, with Build a cloud platform project from zero to one and continue to operate the actual combat experience, and continue to manage and improve technical capabilities in actual combat, be able to personalize and optimize the architecture;
3. Have a solid Java programming foundation, familiar with springboot, mybatis, etc Open source technology framework, familiar with middleware such as dubbo, kafka, zookeeper, nats, hazelcast, redis, etc., familiar with databases such as mysql, oracle;
4. Possess a deep foundation in data model design, familiar with design patterns, and rapid framework instantiation capabilities. More than 2 years of system architecture design experience, financial industry experience is preferred, trading system, FICC system development experience is preferred;
5. Large distributed system architecture and development experience, familiar with high concurrency, low latency, high availability, etc. System design work under requirements;
6. Understand industry system security regulations and customer data confidentiality agreements and other industry specifications, and combine public and private cloud design solutions;
7. Have good learning skills, language communication skills, and strong logical thinking , Possess a certain degree of written expression ability, strong sense of responsibility, and good ability to withstand pressure.
