You join the SFR Distribution Department as a Sales Advisor. Under the responsibility of the point of sale manager, you are the first ambassador of our brand to customers.
As such, your main missions are:
– offer tailored solutions by offering a personalized customer experience while promoting digital innovation,
– achieve your commercial objectives and develop the turnover of your store in compliance with procedures,
but also :
– take charge of after-sales service files,
– settle customer disputes
– participate in the running of the point of sale (cleanliness, ensure the installation of products, communication media …)
– participate in product and accessory demonstration workshops,
– manage stocks and participate in inventories
