As an expert in local sales, you will be the ambassador of SFR Business and its products in the field to a TPE clientele that you will have to convince to join us and then build loyalty.
As a direct contributor to the growth of turnover, your missions will consist of:
– Prospect and win new customers
– Identify customer needs in order to defend the commercial offer
– Negotiate and write commercial proposals
– Have contracts and purchase orders signed
– Ensure compliance with contractual clauses, the proper deployment of the offer and customer satisfaction
– Carry out regular reporting on your activity and complete the customer monitoring tools.
